About Shift

Shift was created as a space to slow down — especially when life feels emotionally complex, overwhelming, or uncertain.

This work is rooted in the belief that clarity doesn’t come from pushing harder or fixing yourself. It comes from learning how to relate differently to your thoughts, your body, and your voice.

I work one-to-one with people who want to feel steadier, more grounded, and more aligned with what’s true for them — not who they think they should be.

My Approach

My work is calm, conversational, and deeply personal.

Together, we explore what’s happening in real time — the thoughts that create pressure, the nervous system responses that keep you on edge, and the places where your voice feels constrained or unsure.

This process integrates Thoughtwork, Breathwork, and Speakwork — not as techniques to master, but as supports that help you:

• understand your inner experience with more compassion

• regulate stress and emotional overwhelm

• express yourself honestly without forcing or performing

There’s no agenda to become someone new.

The work is about returning to yourself.
